How to Ship Your Cards

Triple Cities TCG is now accepting Pokémon collections into our processing queue. Submit your collection below to reserve your spot — we're confirming sellers now and will begin processing in June 2026. When we're ready for your cards, we'll send your shipping address and instructions. Rates are published in full, so you'll know what to expect before anything leaves your house.

1. Check the rates first

Before anything else, review our rate sheet. Every rate — bulk commons and uncommons, reverse holos and holos, and singles by market value — is listed publicly. Knowing the rates upfront means no surprises when your offer arrives.

2. Join the waitlist

Send us a quick note — your collection type and rough size — through the form below. We'll confirm your spot and, when we're ready to process your collection, send you the shipping address and any notes specific to what you have. You'll never ship before we've confirmed we're ready for it.

3. Pack your cards — loose, not sleeved

When it's time to ship, send bulk cards loose. Please don't put them in penny sleeves, toploaders, or binders — sleeved bulk slows down processing and your offer along with it. Stack cards in rows, banded or bagged so they don't shift, and place them in a sturdy box. Fill empty space with crumpled paper so nothing rattles in transit. The one exception: a genuinely high-value single is welcome to be sleeved on its own for protection.

4. Include your information inside the box

Put a slip of paper in the box with your name, email, return address, and PayPal email. Write your name on the outside of the package too. This is how we match your shipment to you — a box with no contact information inside is the one thing that slows everything down.

5. Ship it to us

Send your package to the address we provide when we confirm your spot. You cover inbound shipping — we recommend USPS Ground Advantage or Media Mail for bulk, with tracking. Keep your tracking number until payment clears. Local to the Triple Cities? You can drop off in Endicott instead and skip shipping entirely.

6. We confirm, assess, and send your offer

When your package arrives, we'll email you to confirm we've got it. Your cards are assessed against the published rates, and we send your offer by email. Accept it, and payment goes out by PayPal — no surprises, since you've seen the rates upfront.

If you decline an offer

You're never obligated to sell. If you'd rather not accept, we'll return your cards — return shipping is paid by the seller. For large or high-value collections, contact us first; shipping arrangements can be discussed case by case.

Questions, briefly

When can I ship? — We're confirming sellers into the queue now and will begin processing in June 2026. Once we're ready for your collection, we'll send your shipping address.

What games do you buy? — Pokémon for now, with Magic coming very soon. Lorcana and One Piece will follow.

Is there a minimum? — No minimum. You cover shipping, so the collection size that's worth sending is your call.

What condition do you accept? — We buy cards in Near Mint to Lightly Played condition. Heavily played or damaged cards may not qualify; the rate sheet reflects standard condition.

Should I insure my package? — We recommend tracking on every shipment. Insurance is optional and at your cost — worth considering for larger or higher-value collections.
