Mail-In
How to Mail In Your Pokemon Cards
You don’t have to be local to sell your Pokemon cards to us. If you’d rather ship them than meet in person, here’s exactly how it works, step by step.
- List what you have
Tell us roughly what’s in the package before you send it: how many cards, roughly how they break down (unsorted bulk, commons/uncommons, holos, valuable singles), and anything notable. This isn’t a formal count, just enough for us to know what’s coming. - We get you set up to ship
Once we know roughly what’s coming, we’ll get you the mailing details. - You ship it
Pack it well and send it with tracking. You’re responsible for the package until it reaches us, so use a service that gives you a tracking number. - We count and verify it
When it arrives, we go through everything and check it against what you described. - You get paid at the published rates
Once it’s verified, we pay you at the buy rates on this site, singles at 55 to 65 percent of market and bulk at the per-card rates. No renegotiating after the fact.

The terms, in plain language
- You pay shipping. We recommend tracking, and insurance is up to you. We aren’t responsible for a package until it arrives.
- Turnaround is usually a few days. Larger collections take longer.
- Your offer is based on what we count and check when your box arrives. We adjust small differences automatically. If the difference is more than 15 percent or $100, we’ll contact you before paying.
- If you turn down the offer, you pay return shipping. We can take that out of what we owe you for any cards we do keep.
- We hold declined or unclaimed cards for 30 days and try to reach you at least twice before that runs out.
- Please don’t mail Japanese-language cards or graded cards. We buy graded cards locally after a valuation, not by mail.
Best for larger or higher-end mail-ins
Mail-in works well for a bigger collection, or one with some real value in it, where shipping is worth the trouble. For a small handful of cards, it may be just as easy to reach out and see if a local drop-off makes more sense.
Have an especially large collection, on the order of 100,000 cards or more? Please contact us first before mailing anything in. We’ll walk you through how to submit it and get it approved before it ships.
A note on trust
We know mailing your cards to someone you haven’t met in person is a leap of faith. We verify against what you told us before we pay, and we’re not going to lowball you after your cards are already in our hands. That would be a fast way to lose the business we’re building here.
