What We Buy
What Pokemon Cards We Buy
We buy Pokemon cards in just about any condition and any quantity, from a single valuable card to a full collection. Here is what we take and how we price it, so there are no surprises.

The Short List
- Whole collections, binders, and shoeboxes
- Bulk commons, uncommons, holos, and reverse holos, priced by the card
- Valuable singles, priced one at a time at 55 to 65 percent of market
- Estates and inherited collections
- Large collections, which we will drive out to pick up

How We Price Your Pokemon Cards
Bulk is priced by category, at a flat rate per card. Valuable singles are each looked at and valued individually against real sold data on TCGplayer and eBay, at 55 to 65 percent of market value, higher-value cards nearer 65 percent, lower-value ones nearer 55 percent. Anything $5 or under is priced as bulk instead. We publish our rates, and we’ll show you the offer line by line — see the full buy rates, including why we can’t pay full market value on every card.
What We Don’t Pay For
Basic Energy cards, code cards, pins, coins, playmats, and oversized cards. Special Energy cards can be worth money, so those are fine. If any of this is mixed into a local collection, don’t bother sorting it out first, we’ll do that when we go through it.
Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC) aren’t a flat no. We’ll buy graded cards locally after a valuation, we just can’t take a mailed-in box full of low-value graded cards, ones worth only a few dollars each even graded. Japanese-language cards aren’t accepted right now, and please don’t mail those or graded cards in. Pokemon is what we’re buying at the moment. More games are on the way. Not sure if something you have qualifies? Just call or text us, that’s faster than guessing.
How to Get Your Pokemon Cards to Us
You can drop off by appointment, or for a large collection we’ll come to you. If you would rather ship, mail-in works too. You send it, we count and verify it, and you are paid at our published rates.
Questions people ask us
Does GameStop buy Pokemon cards?
Some GameStop locations do, but they typically pay in store credit rather than cash, and offers there tend to run well below open market value. We pay cash at published rates, no store credit games.
Do you buy raw (ungraded) cards?
Yes, that is most of what we buy. We also buy graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC) locally after a valuation, we just don’t accept boxes of low-value graded cards sent in by mail.
Tell us what you have and we’ll get you a number.
